You do not currently have an account in Stream.

For students, this usually means your enrolment has not been fully processed (this can take up to 48hrs).

For staff, this usually means you are a new user of Stream who has not been added to course(s) by an existing Teacher. In the first instance request one of your teaching team to enrol you into a course using the "Enrol AD users" method.
